Synopsis:
Shades of the classic A Chinese Ghost Story permeate modern-day horror comedy Big Fortune Hotel. While on tour in Malaysia, Man (Pakho Chau, Love Detective) checks into an old hotel populated by an assortment of odd characters, including the beautiful and ethereal Siu Dip (Shiga Lin, Lan Kwai Fong). But Siu Dip has a secret – she's a ghost who, thirty years ago, was a rising star before she was unfortunately killed. Smitten, Man resolves to help Siu Dip solve her murder and ease her soul, but as the investigation proceeds, suspects begin to die. Is there more to Siu Dip and her murder than meets the eye? Co-starring Lo Hoi Pang and Hong Kong horror legend Law Lan, Big Fortune Hotel is a funny and scary journey into the supernatural.
